Club Penguin Free Gifts For Kids
On December 14 the annual favorite in-game event, The Holiday Party, returns to Club Penguin! This is THE most anticipated event of the entire year with wonderful surprises around every corner. For the first time ever, Club Penguin will be giving kids a free gift every day they login beginning Dec 15 thru Dec 27. Other highlights of the Holiday Party include the entire Island being transformed into a festive winter wonderland complete with Holiday Trees and Santa’s sleigh flying high across the sky. There are new mini games, new seasonal outfits & furniture and many wonderful ways for kids to countdown until Christmas.
As part of The Holiday Party, Club Penguin empowers our players to help change the world by donating virtual coins via the "Coins for Change" online giving campaign. To date, Club Penguin has donated $4.5M in real-world US dollars to give kids and families in more than 40 countries medical care, a healthy environment, and safe places. This year, Club Penguin is celebrating the fifth anniversary of Coins For Change by challenging players to donate more virtual coins than ever. If the kids fill the Lighthouse with coins, Club Penguin will double our annual cash donation to $2M to charities based on where the kids want it to go!
December also marks the launch of our Disney Parent App, an innovative new tool helping parents connect and engage with their child’s Club Penguin experience. While playing in the virtual world, kids explore concepts in reading, math, socializing, budgeting and more. Parents can add the app from their Facebook account to receive updates on their child’s learning milestones and game achievements, as well as tips, secrets and gifts they can share.
